Digital India Land Records Modernization Programme( DILRMP)
For modernization of land records system in the country, a modified programme,viz., the National Land Records Modernization Programme( NLRMP), now renamed as Digital India Land Records Modernization Programme( DILRMP), has been formulated by incorporating two Centrally patronized schemes of Robotization of Land Records( CLR) and Strengthening of profit Administration and updating of Land Records( SRA&ULR). The DILRMP was approved by the Cabinet on21-08-2008.
The programme has been rolled out with a specialized factory conducted on 24th – 25th September, 2008 in New Delhi which was attended by the officers from the profit and Registration Department of the States.
The ultimate thing of the NLRMP is to marshal in the conclusive titling system with title guarantee, to replace the current plausible title system in the country.
Physical and fiscal Progress made under DILRMP
Creation ofSub-Divisional Data Centre- Out ofRs.32.25 lakh released byGovt. of India, an quantum ofRs.31.85 lakh has been employed for creation of 32 nos. ofSub-divisional Data Centre in 30 CivilSub-division and 2 SadarSub-divisions across the State.
Creation of NLRMP Cell- Out ofRs.147.05 lakh released byGovt. of India, an quantum ofRs.103.79299 lakh has been employed till date for procurement of Modern Survey accoutrements , library books, training accoutrements , consumables, structure upgradation, operation charges, boarding & lodging for traineesetc. for creation of NLRMP Cell at Assam Survey & Settlement Training Centre, Dakhingaon, Guwahati.
Setting up of Modern Record RoomOut ofRs.1415.625 lakh released byGovt. of India, an quantum ofRs.1400.00 lakh has been sanctioned for setting up of 56 nos. of ultramodern Record in the first phase in named Circle services across the State andRs.1093.81703 lakh has been employed till date.
